Who We Are
KGL was established in 2013, and from day one we have specialized in producing high-precision CNC machined parts. Over the years, we have expanded from being a dedicated parts manufacturer to becoming a trusted partner that offers complete, customized machining solutions. With more than a decade of experience, we continue to strengthen our technical capabilities, upgrade our equipment, and optimize our quality management systems. For us, every part we produce reflects our commitment to accuracy, reliability, and consistent quality.
We offer fully non-standard customization and support both small-batch and large-batch production. Our material options are extensive, including stainless steel (304/316), aluminum alloys (6061/7075), titanium alloys, copper alloys, zinc alloys, as well as engineering plastics such as PEEK and PPS, and high-temperature alloys.
Our Factory
KGL Machinery & Electronics Co., Limited was founded in 2013 and is located in Shenzhen, China. We specialize in the customization, processing, sales, and service of precision CNC machined parts used in medical equipment, robotic automation, optoelectronics, aviation, new energy, nuclear applications, and more. Our main processing materials include cast iron, steel, aluminum alloys, copper, stainless steel, and a wide range of engineering plastics.
Our team consists of around 80 employees, including highly skilled engineers, inspectors, and production professionals. We operate nearly 80 sets of advanced equipment, such as 5-axis and 4-axis machining centers originally imported from Japan, CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers from Taiwan, double-spindle CNC turning and milling machines, high-precision CNC lathes, large precision grinders, manual mills, wire-cutting machines, and more. Our maximum machining stroke reaches 2500 × 1500 × 800 mm, and machining accuracy can be controlled within 0.002 mm.
Our inspection capabilities are supported by a full range of professional testing instruments, including HEXAGON 3D measuring equipment, OLYMPUS 2D measuring systems, KEYENCE microscopes, digital micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and other precision measurement tools.

With the philosophy of “professional quality and continuous excellence,” we focus on fast response, reliable quality assurance, and cost control as our core competitiveness.
